PRELIMINARY INFORMATION

New to TB.One? Our webinars help you find your way around the software.

The channel provides a test system (sandbox). While you're in the integration phase, use it to check how your content will look.

Provide your product data in French.

Go to the menu "Basic data > Storage > Warehouse settings" and check your settings for the channel (for more information, click here).

Provide all mandatory pricing information (retail price, former RP, and MSRP, gross in the channel's currency).

The sale of products containing perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) is prohibited in France since the 1st of January of 2026. PFAS is commonly used in waterproof or stain-resistant finishes and cosmetics. Please audit your articles on French platforms to ensure they are compliant.

 

ATTENTION: Connect to the channel's account!

1.Go to "Channels > Showroomprive (Hauptkanal) > Settings", stay on the tab "System settings", and find the section "Basic settings".

2.Click the button "Login with Mirakl" to open the entry mask. Enter your Mirakl SSO access data and log in.

B-01: Payments

Find your payment methods at "Basic data > Payment > Payment methods".

Payments are managed by Showroomprive. When the channel is activated or, at the latest, when the first order comes in, a payment method with the channel name is created automatically. For the export to an ERP-system, you can freely select an export key.

D-01: Product designation

The product designation is mandatory for Showroomprive.

The length of the product designation is not limited.

Split into common noun/proper name possible.

Brands are added to the product designation via the title profile.

D-02: Special text

Showroomprive does not use the field "Special text".

D-03: Description

The product description is mandatory for Showroomprive.

The length of the product description is limited to 120 characters.

D-04: Components

The following components are mandatory at Showroomprive:

Variant-forming components (size and color)

Product properties required for the value mapping

1 or more components to provide information required by the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)

D-05: Attributes

The following attributes are mandatory at Showroomprive:

Comply with the channel's requirements.

E-01: Article numbers

Provide the following article numbers:

Article number

EAN (13-digit)

EAN codes must be absolutely unique. Within one account, multiple identical codes are not permitted. The validity of the EANs provided is checked.

E-02: Shipping information

Provide the following mandatory shipping information:

Weight (in kg)

The shipping information below is optional:

Number of packing pieces

Pack sizes (height, length, width in cm)

Country of origin and Intrastat category

Delivery time (in days, max. 7 working days permitted by the channel)

The following requirements apply for variant dimensions:

F-01: Media

General information:

Provide images in a commonly used format such as png or jpg.

Number: 1 product image, 1 article image

Size: 400x400 px, max. 10.240 KB

Resolution: No DPI requirement

Additional image formats (like GIF or WEBP) can be used

Requirements for product safety instructions:

If you must upload documents containing product safety instructions to comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), create new media types accordingly ("Basic data > Properties > Media types"):

1.Select a master media type - For PDF documents, choose “Bedienungsanleitung (MANUAL)”, or "Bild (IMAGE)" for images

2.Select the correct Showroomprive export key according to the type and language of the file:

Image - French: “PRODUCT_WARNING_SECURITY_INFORMATION_IMAGE_FR”

PDF - French: “PRODUCT_WARNING_SECURITY_INFORMATION_PDF_FR”

Image - Spanish: “PRODUCT_WARNING_SECURITY_INFORMATION_IMAGE_ES”

PDF - Spanish: “PRODUCT_WARNING_SECURITY_INFORMATION_PDF_ES”

TIP: You can only use one export key per media type
If you use different types of documents, create multiple media types.

Shipping surcharges are not permitted.

G-02: Delivery note

You cannot configure the delivery notes for Showroomprive.

G-03: Invoice

You don't need to print invoices for Showroomprive. The channel sends the invoices to the customers. Print invoices for your own records only.

G-04: Proposed return code

Dispatch advices you forward to the channel must include a proposed return code for the return shipment label.

To that end, do one of the following:

a)configure a number range in TB.One.

b)if you manage orders outside TB.One, configure your system so that it forwards the return code to TB.One (CSV/XML: "IDCODE_RETURN_PROPOSAL").

c)manually enter return codes during order processing.
Activate the required input field in the menu "Admin > System settings > Order processing" under "Manual input Return code proposal". The field ("Ret.-Code Prop.") will then be displayed for each order on the tab "Delivery & Cancellation".

G-06: Refund deduction

At Showroomprive you can deduct a percentage from the reimbursed amount, if an article is returned in bad condition. In that case, specify the precentage you want to deduct on corresponding order's "Returns" tab.

G-07: Return causes

Showroomprive does not process return causes and states.

X-01: Size grid

Showroomprive does not use size grids.

X-02: Base prices

No base prices are required at Showroomprive.

X-03: Categories

For a complete list of all categories, go to "Basic data > Classification > Typification". To reduce the number of categories available for selection at the product, mark categories that you do not use as "not assignable".

Channels change their categories from time to time. Any major changes will be announced in TB.One. Outdated categories are highlighted with a red icon. Move all affected products to valid categories.

X-04: Value mapping

Map values at the global level for Showroomprive.

You can define exceptions to the global mapping at category level.

To comply with the European GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation), map your GPSR information to the following channel properties:

Manufacturer: "Contact du fabricant"

Responsible Person: "Personne responsable pour l'UE"

X-05: Pending orders

Showroomprive does not transmit pending orders.

X-06: Partial deliveries

Partial cancellations and partial deliveries on article level.

X-07: Commission group

Showroomprive does not use commission groups.

X-08: Service logos

Showroomprive will not display service logos you transfer in the shop.

X-09: Error and status messages

Find the channel's error and status messages at "Channels > Showroomprive (Hauptkanal) > Article status".

X-10: Templates

At Showroomprive you cannot use templates.

X-11: Text configurator

The text configurator cannot be used for Showroomprive.

X-12: Product text profile

Product text profiles cannot be used for Showroomprive.

X-13: Title profile

You can use title profiles to configure the product titles shown in the channel's shop. For more information on title profiles, click here.

X-14: Cross prices

You can indicate cross prices for Showroomprive by filling in the field Former RP.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

There are no special channel-specific requirements for Showroomprive that deviate from the standard integration process.
