PRELIMINARY INFORMATION

•New to TB.One? Our webinars help you find your way around the software.

•Send your supplier/access data for the channel to your Solution Delivery Manager at Tradebyte.

•Provide your product data in the respective country channel's language.

•Go to the menu "Basic data > Storage > Warehouse settings" and check your settings for the channel (for more information, click here).

•Offer articles with sufficient stock, as no partial cancellations are possible. We recommend defining a stock reduction for the export.

•Retail prices (gross, in the country channel's currency) are mandatory.

ATTENTION: The sale of products containing perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) is prohibited in France since January 1st, 2026!
PFAS is commonly used in waterproof or stain-resistant finishes and cosmetics. Please audit your articles on French platforms to ensure they are compliant.

B-01: Payments

Find your payment methods at "Basic data > Payment > Payment methods".

Payments are managed by Spartoo. When the channel is activated or, at the latest, when the first order comes in, a payment method with the channel name is created automatically. For the export to an ERP-system, you can freely select an export key.

D-01: Product designation

•The product designation is mandatory for Spartoo.

•The length of the product designation is not limited.

•Split into common noun/proper name via the title configurator.

•Do not use special characters or brand names.

•Title profiles are available.

D-02: Special text

The field "Special text" can be activated in the channel's settings.

D-03: Description

•The product description is mandatory for Spartoo.

•The length of the product description is not limited.

•The product description must not contain self promotion or bullet points.

•The text configurator is available.

D-04: Components

The following requirements apply for components at Spartoo:

•Use as many components as possible

•Material components are recommended

Please note that your components' designations are also shown in the channel's shop.

D-05: Attributes

The following attributes are mandatory at Spartoo:

•Gender

Comply with the channel's requirements.

E-01: Article numbers

Provide the following article numbers:

•Article number

•EAN (13-digit)

EAN codes must be absolutely unique. Within one account, multiple identical codes are not permitted. The validity of the EANs provided is checked.

E-02: Shipping information

Provide the following mandatory shipping information:

•Package type

•Shipping type

The shipping information listed below is optional:

•Weight (in kg)

•Country of origin and Intrastat category

•Pack sizes (height, length, width in cm)

•Number of packing pieces

•Delivery time (in days) - Not transmitted

E-03: Variant dimensions

The following requirements apply for variant dimensions:

•Variant creation only via size and color

•Maximum 2 variant dimensions

ATTENTION: Spartoo splits products for which the color creates variants into separate products!
We recommend adding the product number to the title via the title configurator.

F-01: Media

•Provide images in a commonly used format such as png or jpg.

•Number: Min. 1 to max. 8 article media per color product, up to 8 pictures per color variant

•Size: Min. 350 x 350 px (zoom function available with 800 x 800 px)

•Resolution: No DPI requirement

•Background: White or grey

•Product medias may be added to article medias if required

•Assign an article image to all article variants using the checkboxes

G-01: Carrier

•Use a carrier of your choice.

•Shipping surcharges are not permitted.

G-02: Delivery note

You cannot configure the delivery notes for Spartoo.

G-03: Invoice

If required, create invoices in TB.One or in your system.

G-04: Proposed return code

You don't have to send return codes to the channel with your dispatch advices.

G-05: Delivery documents in package

Delivery note.

G-06: Refund deduction

At Spartoo you always reimburse customers for returned articles in full. If you have complaints about the condition of a returned article, consult the channel directly.

G-07: Return causes

Spartoo does not process return causes and states.

X-01: Size grid

Spartoo does not use size grids.

X-02: Base prices

No base prices are required at Spartoo.

X-03: Categories

For a complete list of all categories, go to "Basic data > Classification > Typification". To reduce the number of categories available for selection at the product, mark categories that you do not use as "not assignable".

Channels change their categories from time to time. Any major changes will be announced in TB.One. Outdated categories are highlighted with a red icon. Move all affected products to valid categories.

X-04: Value mapping

Map values at the global level for Spartoo.

You can define exceptions to the global mapping at category level.

Mandatory values for the value mapping:

•Standard components/attributes (color, material, season, target group, gender, ...)

X-05: Pending orders

Spartoo does not transmit pending orders.

X-06: Partial deliveries

Spartoo does not allow partial cancellations.

X-07: Commission group

Spartoo does not use commission groups.

X-08: Service logos

Spartoo will not display service logos you transfer in the shop.

X-09: Error and status messages

Find the channel's error and status messages at "Channels > Spartoo (main channel) > Article status".

X-10: Templates

At Spartoo you cannot use templates.

X-11: Text configurator

You can use the text configurator to customize the product descriptions shown at the channel (you can add information like components and bullet points, and configure the order in which these elements are displayed).

•Go to "Channels > Spartoo (main channel) > Settings" and switch to the tab "Product texts".

•Select the checkbox "Enable manual control".

•You can now choose, which elements to include in the bullet points and in the product description.

•To define an order in which the elements are displayed, assign a number to each element (the element with the lowest number is displayed first; number the elements in increments of 10, i.e. 10, 20, 30, etc.).

X-12: Product text profile

Product text profiles cannot be used for Spartoo.

X-13: Title profile

You can use title profiles to configure the product titles shown in the channel's shop. For more information on title profiles, click here.

X-14: Cross prices

You can indicate cross prices for Spartoo by filling in the field Former RP or MSRP.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

There are no special channel-specific requirements for Spartoo that deviate from the standard integration process.
