How to Create Shipping Labels and Package Lists

If you ship with DHL, you can automatically create shipping labels and the matching package lists via TB.One. Both are approved by DHL. To use this feature, you need to sign a framework agreement with DHL and store your DHL data and the number range in TB.One at "Basic data > Shipping > Number ranges". If you create shipping labels via TB.One, you need to specify a return address at "Basic data > Returns > Return addresses".

In the section "Delivery note" of the document settings (at "Admin > System settings > Documents"), you can choose whether shipping labels should be printed along with delivery notes. This menu also allows you to configure the DHL package list, namely the address and whether or not it is mandatory to specify article weights.

By default, return labels are printed with the delivery note. They can be configured in the channel-specific document settings (below the universal document settings at "Admin > System settings > Documents").
