Delivery Time at bol
Check whether you want to specify a delivery time offset from your standard delivery time for a channel bol.com (BE, NL). The setting depends on the shipping method selected for the channel, among other things. Delivery times at bol.com are separated into periods. If you indicate "1" as the delivery time, then 1 to 2 days are calculated by default. The periods are organised as follows:
DELIVERY TIME ON ARTICLE |
DELIVERYCODE (=KEY) SET IN THE EXPORT |
DESCRIPTION |
|---|---|---|
1 |
1-2d |
1 to 2 working days |
2 |
2-3 |
2 to 3 working days |
3 4 |
3-5d |
3 to 5 working days |
5 to 8 days |
4-8d |
4 to 8 working days |
Additionally, there is an option to guarantee shipment by the next working day. In order to select this option, go to "Channels > bol.com (NL/BE) > Settings" open the tab "System settings" and look for the section "Basic settings". Here you can choose your preference for "Behaviour at delivery time 1". Please contact your Tradebyte Solution Delivery Manager if you want to adjust these settings.
A delivery time of 1 either results in the key "1-2d" or - if the setting for delivery by the next working day is active – in the corresponding code. Everything over 8 is exported with 4-8 and causes a warning in the SolutionCenter's error list. If you have specified a delivery time offset for bol.com under “Basic data > Storage > Warehouse settings” this value will be added to or subtracted (if negative offset) from the delivery time of your article and may affect the delivery time period in the export.
