PRELIMINARY INFORMATION

New to TB.One? Our webinars help you find your way around the software.

Have Tradebyte book the channel for you.

Send your company data to Tradebyte via email (company name, address, counry code), they will be included in the data transfer to the channel.

Clear your offered range of goods with the channel (number of products and articles)

Provide your product data in German.

Go to the menu "Basic data > Storage > Warehouse settings" and check your settings for the channel (for more information, click here).

Decide which system to use for the creation of your delivery documents early on. The delivery documents for Galeria.de Dropshipment consist of the delivery note, returns note, and return info sheet. Inform your Solution Delivery Manager about your method of choice.

Send your delivery documents to the channel to have them approved.  

Ensure that both the carrier (DHL, GLS, DPS) and the shipcode are indicated in the dispatch advices.

B-01: Payments

Find your payment methods at "Basic data > Payment > Payment methods".

Payments are managed by Galeria.de. When the channel is activated or, at the latest, when the first order comes in, a payment method with the channel name is created automatically. For the export to an ERP-system, you can freely select an export key.

ATTENTION: Galeria.de (gala)

For Galeria.de you must add the invoice text "Bitte leisten Sie aufgrund dieser Rechnung keine Zahlung." to the payment type.

D-01: Product designation

The length of the product designation is not limited.

D-02: Special text

Galeria.de will process information you enter in the field "Special text".

Special text is optional

D-03: Description

The length of the product description is not limited.

D-04: Components

Use the recommended components listed under "Product Properties - Components" in the article "Product Description".

Components are required for variant creation.

Additional components are either required or optional, depending on the category.

Make sure you have one or more components through which you maintain your GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation) information.

D-05: Attributes

Use the recommended components listed under "Product Properties - Attributes" in the article "Product Description".

E-01: Article numbers

Provide the following article numbers:

E-02: Shipping information

You do not need to provide shipping information like package size or weight to the channel.

E-03: Variant dimensions

The following requirements apply for variant dimensions:

Variants are created via components. You need to provide the German titles for all variant dimensions at "Basic data > Properties > Components". Enter the titles of all variant forming properties in the fields "Key" and "Designation". If this information is missing, Galeria.de will not recognize the variants.

Variants are only formed via properties that are marked as "variant-forming" (variantenartikel_16) in the value mapping menu ("Channels > [Your Galeria.de channel] > Value mapping").

Please refer to the channel’s media content guide for any discrepancies in the data for Galeria.de or Galeria.de Dropshipment.

Provide images in a commonly used format such as png or jpg.

Number: min. 1 product/artice image

Size: Galeria.de Drophsipment: 1.200 x 1,200px recommended / Galeria.de: 1,800 x 2,600 px recommended, min. 762 x 1,220 px.

Resolution: no DPI requirement

TIP: Add for Galeria.de (gala)

Colour swatch: 100 x 100 pixel (recommended)

Aspect ratio: portrait 1:1,44

G-01: Carrier

Ship with Carrier DHL, GLS or DPS

Shipping surcharges are not permitted.

G-02: Delivery note

The delivery notes are transmitted to TB.One by the channel. They are attached to the orders. To print them, open the order via the order list and click on "external documents". If you don't manage your orders in TB.One, ensure your system can process the attachments and print PDFs.

G-03: Invoice

It is not possible to print invoices. Payments and invoicing are managed by the channel.

G-04: Proposed return code

Dispatch advices you forward to the channel must include a proposed return code for the return shipment label.

To that end, do one of the following:

a)configure a number range in TB.One.

b)if you manage orders outside TB.One, configure your system so that it forwards the return code to TB.One (CSV/XML: "IDCODE_RETURN_PROPOSAL").

c)manually enter return codes during order processing.
Activate the required input field in the menu "Admin > System settings > Order processing" under "Manual input Return code proposal". The field ("Ret.-Code Prop.") will then be displayed for each order on the tab "Delivery & Cancellation".

TIP: Provide shipping and return codes.

G-05: Delivery documents in package

Include a return label in the package. Promotional materials such as flyers or print catalogs must not be included in the package.

TIP:
Shipping and return labels can only be generated in TB.One if a number range has been defined. In this case, you must specify a return address under “Basic Data > Returns > Return addresses”!

WARNING:
Along with the delivery note, TB.One automatically generates a return form and an information sheet regarding the returns process. The information sheet regarding the return process must be included with the package. Including the delivery note and return slip is optional. Under “Admin > System Settings > Documents,” you can check a box to prevent the information sheet from being printed. In this case, however, you must still include an information sheet with every package.

G-06: Refund deduction

At Galeria.de you can deduct a percentage from the reimbursed amount, if an article is returned in bad condition. In that case, specify the precentage you want to deduct on corresponding order's "Returns" tab.

G-07: Return causes

To create return causes and states, go to "Basic data > Returns > Return causes" and "Basic data > Returns > Return states" .

Galeria.de does not process return causes and states.

X-01: Size grid

Galeria.de does not use size grids.

X-02: Base prices

Provide base prices (price per kg, price per liter, etc.) for all articles that legally require you to do so.
 

X-03: Categories

For a complete list of all categories, go to "Basic data > Classification > Typification". To reduce the number of categories available for selection at the product, mark categories that you do not use as "not assignable".

Channels change their categories from time to time. Any major changes will be announced in TB.One. Outdated categories are highlighted with a red icon. Move all affected products to valid categories.

X-04: Value mapping

Map at the category level for Galeria.de. The available channel values may differ from category to category.

X-05: Pending orders

Galeria.de transmits pending orders.

X-06: Partial deliveries

Partial cancellations and partial deliveries on article level.

X-07: Commission group

ATTENTION: Galeria.de and Galeria.de Dropshipment differ in their use of commission goups:

Galeria.de: Does not use commission groups

Galeria.de Dropshipment:

Galeria.de uses commission groups to calculate their fees. Your articles' channel purchase prices ("Chanel PP") are automatically calculated from the RP and the commission group.

To configure commission groups:

1.Go to "Channels > Your Galeria.de Channel > Commission group" to set up the commission groups you agreed upon in your contract with the channel.

2.Assign commission groups to your articles. You have tree options:

a.Click on an article number in the article list ("Articles > Article list"). On the tab "Article data" you'll find drop-down menus for the commission groups.

b.If the commission group is identical for all of a product's articles, you can assign it to the corresponding "Master article" instead.

c.If a single commission group is valid for all of a channel's articles, assign it globally at "Admin > Default values".

X-08: Service logos

Galeria.de will not display service logos you transfer in the shop.

X-09: Error and status messages

Galeria.de does not provide error and status messages.

X-10: Templates

 

At Galeria.de you cannot use templates.

X-11: Text configurator

The text configurator cannot be used for Galeria.de.

X-12: Product text profile

Product text profiles cannot be used for Galeria.de.

X-13: Title profile

You can use title profiles to configure the product titles shown in the channel's shop. For more information on title profiles, click here.

X-14: Cross prices

Galeria.de:

You can indicate cross prices for Galeria.de by filling in the field Former RP / MSRP.

Cross prices are optional

Galeria.de Dropshipment

Galeria.de does not display cross prices.

Price management Galeria.de Dropshipment:

Does not use commission groups.

Provide a retail price (RP), the channel purchase price and a commission group.

Cross prices are not displayed by Galeria.de Dropshipment.

Galeria.de Dropshipment retains the price sovereignty. This mean that the prices displayed online may differ.

 

Delivery times for Galeria.de and Galeria.de Dropshipment:
The delivery times you specify for your items are not displayed exactly as entered in the Galeria.de shop. Instead, the channel categorizes the delivery time into a general delivery window.
