•Send your supplier/access data for the channel to your Solution Delivery Manager at Tradebyte.
•Provide your product data in French.
•Go to the menu "Basic data > Storage > Warehouse settings" and check your settings for the channel (for more information, click here).

B-01: Payments |
Find your payment methods at "Basic data > Payment > Payment methods". Payments are managed by La Redoute. When the channel is activated or, at the latest, when the first order comes in, a payment method with the channel name is created automatically. For the export to an ERP-system, you can freely select an export key. |

D-01: Product designation |
•La Redoute does not split the designation into common noun and proper name. If you provide the designation split into these two fields (recommended), TB.One merges it automatically during export. •The length of the product designation is limited to 50 characters. |

D-02: Special text |
La Redoute does not use the field "Special text". |

D-03: Description |
•The length of the product description is minimum 10 characters. •Must contain bullet points •Must contain all legally required information. |

D-04: Components |
Provide components or attributes for all channel properties marked as "mandatory" in the value mapping menu ("Channels > Laredoute (Hauptkanal) > Value mapping") for the categories you sell in. |

E-03: Variant dimensions |
The following requirements apply for variant dimensions: •Variants are formed via color and size; no other variant dimensions permitted •Data for groups of articles that differ only in color and/or size must be provided as ONE product with article variants for the different color/size combinations. Do not create a separate product for each color. Example: •CORRECT: Your product comes in four colours and four sizes. It therefore consists of 16 different articles. •WRONG: You split the product by colour into four products consisting of four articles in different sizes. |

TB.One will print invoices that comply with the channel's requirements. Include them in your packages.

G-04: Proposed return code |
Dispatch advices you forward to the channel must include a proposed return code for the return shipment label. To that end, do one of the following: a)configure a number range in TB.One. b)if you manage orders outside TB.One, configure your system so that it forwards the return code to TB.One (CSV/XML: "IDCODE_RETURN_PROPOSAL"). c)manually enter return codes during order processing. |

G-06: Refund deduction |
At La Redoute you can deduct a percentage from the reimbursed amount, if an article is returned in bad condition. In that case, specify the precentage you want to deduct on corresponding order's "Returns" tab. |

To create return causes and states, go to "Basic data > Returns > Return causes" and "Basic data > Returns > Return states" . La Redoute does not process return causes and states. |

La Redoute does not use size grids. |

No base prices are required at La Redoute. |

X-03: Categories |
For a complete list of all categories, go to "Channels > Laredoute (Hauptkanal) > Categories". |

X-04: Value mapping |
Map at the category level for La Redoute. The available channel values may differ from category to category. Mandatory mappings: •Standard components/attributes (colour, material, season, target group, gender, etc.). •All channel properties/values marked as mandatory in the value mapping.

X-05: Pending orders |
La Redoute does not transmit pending orders. |

X-06: Partial deliveries |
No partial cancellation or partial delivery. |

X-07: Commission group |
La Redoute does not use commission groups. |

X-08: Service logos |
La Redoute will not display service logos you transfer in the shop. |

X-09: Error and status messages |
Find the channel's error and status messages at "Channels > Laredoute (Hauptkanal)/Laredoute.fr > Article status". |

X-10: Templates |
At La Redoute you cannot use templates. |

X-11: Text configurator |
The text configurator cannot be used for La Redoute. |

X-12: Product text profile |
You can use the product text profile to customize the product descriptions shown in the channel's shop (you can add information like components and bullet points, and configure the order in which these elements are displayed). ▪Go to "Basic data > Templates > Product text profiles" to create a profile. ▪Click on "Create new product text profile" in the left navigation bar (tab "Pages"). Enter a designation and click "Create". ▪Click on your profile's designation in the list and select which elements should be part of the product description. ▪Go to "Channels > Laredoute (Hauptkanal) > Settings" and switch to the tab "Product texts". ▪Select the option "Use configurable product text". ▪Select an assignment base (for example an attribute). All products containing this attribute will use the product text profile. ▪In the drop-down "Default value" choose the product text profile you want to use. ▪If you want to use different product text profiles for the different values of your assignment base, you can select them in the table below. |

You can use title profiles to configure the product titles shown in the channel's shop. For more information on title profiles, click here.

X-14: Cross prices |
La Redoute uses a special logic for discounts. You cannot use the standard TB.One solution (MSRP/former RP) or TB.One's price list feature to display discounts. Instead, configure sales prices as described here. |
