B-01: Payments |
Find your payment methods at "Basic data > Payment > Payment methods". Payments are managed by Onefootball. When the channel is activated or, at the latest, when the first order comes in, a payment method with the channel name is created automatically. For the export to an ERP-system, you can freely select an export key. |
D-01: Product designation |
The length of the product designation is not limited. |
D-02: Special text |
Onefootball will process information you enter in the field "Special text". Enter any text here. |
D-03: Description |
The length of the product description is not limited. |
D-04: Components |
The following components are mandatory at Onefootball: •"Category department": For Onefootball the main categorization is high-level only. Therefore, components are used to sub-categorize the products. To see examples of what Onefootball expects here, open the value mapping menu ("Channels > Onefootball (Hauptkanal) > Value mapping") and check values in the "Department" properties. |

Provide the following shipping information: •Recommended: Pack sizes (height, length, width in cm) •Recommended: Weight •Mandatory: Country of origin and Intrastat category |

The following requirements apply for variant dimensions: •Variant creation only via size and/or color |
F-01: Media |
•Provide images in a commonly used format such as png or jpg. •Number: 1-8 article images •Size: min. 650 x 650 px; max. 3750 x 3000 px •Resolution: min. 72 dpi •Image backgrounds must not contain logos or advertising. |

•Ship with DHL •Shipping surcharges are not permitted. |
G-02: Delivery note |
You can configure the Onefootball delivery notes at "Admin > System settings > Documents" and add custom text. |
G-03: Invoice |
TB.One will print invoices that comply with the channel's requirements. Include them in your packages.

G-04: Proposed return code |
Dispatch advices you forward to the channel must include a proposed return code for the return shipment label. To that end, do one of the following: a)configure a number range in TB.One. b)if you manage orders outside TB.One, configure your system so that it forwards the return code to TB.One (CSV/XML: "IDCODE_RETURN_PROPOSAL"). c)manually enter return codes during order processing. |

G-06: Refund deduction |
At Onefootball you can deduct a percentage from the reimbursed amount, if an article is returned in bad condition. In that case, specify the precentage you want to deduct on corresponding order's "Returns" tab. |

To create return causes and states, go to "Basic data > Returns > Return causes" and "Basic data > Returns > Return states" . Onefootball does not process return causes and states. |

No base prices are required at Onefootball. |
X-03: Categories |
For a complete list of all categories, go to "Basic data > Classification > Typification". To reduce the number of categories available for selection at the product, mark categories that you do not use as "not assignable". Channels change their categories from time to time. Any major changes will be announced in TB.One. Outdated categories are highlighted with a red icon. Move all affected products to valid categories. |

Map values at the global level for Onefootball. Use the "Department" channel properties to assign category information. |
X-05: Pending orders |
Onefootball does not transmit pending orders. |
X-06: Partial deliveries |
Partial cancellations on article level. |
X-07: Commission group |
Onefootball does not use commission groups. |
X-08: Service logos |
Onefootball will not display service logos you transfer in the shop. |
X-09: Error and status messages |
Onefootball does not provide error and status messages. |

At Onefootball you cannot use templates. |

The text configurator cannot be used for Onefootball. |

Product text profiles cannot be used for Onefootball. |

Onefootball does not display cross prices. |
