If you use components for "Einleitungstext" or "Bestellbezeichnung", make sure to exclude them from export to any other channels.

D-05: Attributes

The following attributes are mandatory at SportScheck:

G-01: Carrier

Ship with DHL or Hermes.

Shipping surcharges are not permitted.

G-02: Delivery note

You cannot configure the delivery notes for SportScheck.

G-03: Invoice

You don't need to print invoices for SportScheck. The channel sends the invoices to the customers. Print invoices for your own records only.

G-04: Proposed return code

Dispatch advices you forward to the channel must include a proposed return code for the return shipment label.

To that end, do one of the following:

a)configure a number range in TB.One.

b)if you manage orders outside TB.One, configure your system so that it forwards the return code to TB.One (CSV/XML: "IDCODE_RETURN_PROPOSAL").

c)manually enter return codes during order processing.
Activate the required input field in the menu "Admin > System settings > Order processing" under "Manual input Return code proposal". The field ("Ret.-Code Prop.") will then be displayed for each order on the tab "Delivery & Cancellation".

G-05: Delivery documents in package

Delivery note.

G-06: Refund deduction

At SportScheck you always reimburse customers for returned articles in full. If you have complaints about the condition of a returned article, consult the channel directly.

G-07: Return causes

To create return causes and states, go to "Basic data > Returns > Return causes" and "Basic data > Returns > Return states" .

SportScheck processes the return causes and states you transmit. Map them to the return causes and states used by the channel by assigning a key.
Return causeCS

Mapping a return cause

Only return causes are required by the channel. Return states can be used for your internal statics only.

ATTENTION: Report all returns to the channel!
SportScheck requires a receipt for each return. If you receive a return without the required returns slip, you need to request one from the channel.

Example: A customer requests a returns slip at SportScheck  for one article, but the returns package contains two articles. In this case, you would have one more returned article than listed on the returns slip.

Since the channel was only informed about one returned article, you need to contact SportScheck's customer service and request an additional returns slip.

X-01: Size grid

For SportScheck, you have to map size grids to ensure the correct sizes are shown in the shop. For detailed instructions, click here.

X-02: Base prices

Provide base prices (price per kg, price per liter, etc.) for all articles that legally require you to do so.

X-03: Categories

For a complete list of all categories, go to "Basic data > Classification > Typification". To reduce the number of categories available for selection at the product, mark categories that you do not use as "not assignable".

Channels change their categories from time to time. Any major changes will be announced in TB.One. Outdated categories are highlighted with a red icon. Move all affected products to valid categories.

ATTENTION: Categorization requirements for SportScheck
Assign each product to the three category classes:

"Hierarchieknoten" (hierarchy node),

"Kategorienbaum" (category tree), and

"Warengruppen" (commodity groups).

The primary categorisation takes place in the "Kategorienbaum" (category tree).

SportScheck additionally requires an assignment to the category structures "Hierarchieknoten" (hierarchy nodes) and "Warengruppen" (commodity groups) for internal processes.

Make sure to maintain your data correctly. The categorization into hierarchy nodes and commodity groups must not be changed after the first data transfer.

If you are convinced that the classification should be changed, you need to request the change at SportScheck.

X-04: Value mapping

Map values at the global level for SportScheck.

You can define exceptions to the global mapping at category level.

The following values are mandatory in the value mapping:

Length/size grid (see requirements below)

Gender - Map to a combination of gender and age group (e.g. target groups such as men, women, girls, and boys). If the product cannot be clearly assigned to one of the target groups, select the value "Unisex". Do not use the value "Egal".

Color - Must be assigned to two channel properties and cannot be changed after the first data transfer:

o"Designfarbe" (design color): Color name shown to the customer. Must not contain special characters (e.g. "|").

o"Grundfarben_Geschmack" (basic colors/flavour): The channel's value list contains two different color categories: flavor colors and (basic) fabric colors

Requirements for sizes mapping:

The mapping of sizes at SportScheck takes place in two stages:

1.In addition to the assignment of the component "size" to your articles, you need an attribute "size grid" that you assign to a size grid of SportScheck in the menu "Value mapping".

2.Then, you switch to the menu "Size assignment" to map the detailed sizes. Check this article to learn more about working with size grids.

ATTENTION: Do not change the size mapping after the first data transfer!
Changing a size value in the menu "Size assignment" at a later point in time will cause SportScheck to lock the article.

Other requirements for the value mapping are listed below:

When mapping "Materials", use percentages to indicate the material composition. Add individual constituents in descending order based on their percentage and keep in mind legal requirements regarding information on material.

If you provide product designations split into common noun and proper name (as recommended), you may use the option "Other > TWIG" to map "Bestellbezeichnung" and enter "{{ product.name_proper }}" into the value assignment fields in the rightmost column. This will transfer the proper name of the product as the value.

The required "Einleitungstext" (introduction/short description, max. 100 characters) can also be mapped from preexisting data using TWIG. Either use:

oThe "special text" (call field "{{ product.supplement }}"), or

oA bullet point (call field "{{ product.text_bullets[0] }}", with "[0]" referring to the first row of the bullet points, "[1]" to the second row etc.) - Here, you are referencing one specific line from the list of bullet points across all products. Each product should therefore provide useful text in this specific bullet point.

ATTENTION: Please make sure to assign your properties to the correct category!
For instance, map textiles only to fabric colors (see this section for more information).

X-05: Pending orders

SportScheck does not transmit pending orders.

X-06: Partial deliveries

Partial cancellations on article level.

X-07: Commission group

SportScheck does not use commission groups.

X-10: Templates

At SportScheck you cannot use templates.

X-11: Text configurator

The text configurator cannot be used for SportScheck.

X-12: Product text profile

You can use the product text profile to customize the product descriptions shown in the channel's shop (you can add information like components and bullet points, and configure the order in which these elements are displayed).

Go to "Basic data > Templates > Product text profiles" to create a profile.

Click on "Create new product text profile" in the left navigation bar (tab "Pages"). Enter a designation and click "Create".

Click on your profile's designation in the list and select which elements should be part of the product description.

Go to "Channels > SportScheck > Settings" and switch to the tab "Product texts".

Select the option "Use configurable product text".

Select an assignment base (for example an attribute). All products containing this attribute will use the product text profile.

In the drop-down "Default value" choose the product text profile you want to use.

If you want to use different product text profiles for the different values of your assignment base, you can select them in the table below.

X-13: Title profile

You can use title profiles to configure product titles. These are used by SportScheck for internal processes only and are not displayed as product titles in the channel's shop.

For more information on title profiles, click here.

X-14: Cross prices

You can indicate cross prices for SportScheck by filling in the field MSRP.
