PRELIMINARY INFORMATION

New to TB.One? Our webinars help you find your way around the software.

Provide your product data in German (French is recommended for a faster go-live of your articles).

Go to the menu "Basic data > Storage > Warehouse settings" and check your settings for the channel (for more information, click here).

Use the access data the channel forwards to you to allow TB.One to communicate with Globus. To do so, open the channel settings via "Channels > Your Globus channel > Settings". In the section "Basic settings", click on "Login with Mirakl", and enter your login credentials.

B-01: Payments

Find your payment methods at "Basic data > Payment > Payment methods".

Payments are managed by Globus. When the channel is activated or, at the latest, when the first order comes in, a payment method with the channel name is created automatically. For the export to an ERP-system, you can freely select an export key.

D-01: Product designation

The product designation is mandatory for Globus.

The length of the product designation is not limited for Globus.ch (short and concise title recommended), and limited to 256 characters for Globus Schweiz.

Use the title profile.

D-02: Special text

Globus does not use the field "Special text".

D-03: Description

The product description is optional for Globus.

The length of the product description is not limited.

D-04: Components

The following components are mandatory at Globus:

E-01: Article numbers

Provide the following article numbers:

Article number

EAN (13-digit)

Manufacturer's article number

EAN codes must be absolutely unique. Within one account, multiple identical codes are not permitted. The validity of the EANs provided is checked.

E-02: Shipping information

You do not need to provide shipping information like package size or weight to the channel.

E-03: Variant dimensions

Globus does not limit the number or type of variant dimensions.

ATTENTION: Exception for fashion products at Globus Schweiz
Variants for fashion products sold via this channel can only be created using size and color.

F-01: Media

Provide images in PNG format.

Number: Min. 1 product image (displayed as the article's first image), min. 3 article images

Size: 2880 x 3840px

Resolution: 72 DPI

Background: Transparent for article media

ATTENTION: Assign channel-specific export keys to all media types used at Globus Schweiz!

G-01: Carrier

Use a carrier of your choice.

Shipping surcharges are not permitted.

G-02: Delivery note

You cannot configure the delivery notes for Globus.

G-03: Invoice

You don't need to print invoices for Globus. The channel sends the invoices to the customers. Print invoices for your own records only.

G-04: Proposed return code

Dispatch advices you forward to the channel must include a proposed return code for the return shipment label.

To that end, do one of the following:

a)configure a number range in TB.One.

b)if you manage orders outside TB.One, configure your system so that it forwards the return code to TB.One (CSV/XML: "IDCODE_RETURN_PROPOSAL").

c)manually enter return codes during order processing.
Activate the required input field in the menu "Admin > System settings > Order processing" under "Manual input Return code proposal". The field ("Ret.-Code Prop.") will then be displayed for each order on the tab "Delivery & Cancellation".

G-05: Delivery documents in package

G-06: Refund deduction

At Globus you can deduct a percentage from the reimbursed amount, if an article is returned in bad condition. In that case, specify the precentage you want to deduct on corresponding order's "Returns" tab.

G-07: Return causes

Globus does not process return causes and states.

X-01: Size grid

Globus does not use size grids.

X-02: Base prices

No base prices are required at Globus.

X-03: Categories

For a complete list of all categories, go to "Channels > Globus.ch / Globus Schweiz (Hauptkanal) > Categories".
Channels change their categories from time to time. Any major changes will be announced in TB.One. Outdated categories are highlighted with a red icon. Move all affected products to valid categories.

X-04: Value mapping

Map at the category level for Globus. The available channel values may differ from category to category.

The following values are mandatory in the value mapping:

Standard components/attributes (color, material, season, target group, gender, ...)

Components/attributes for all values marked as mandatory in the value mapping tables

For Home & Living products at Globus Schweiz, map the channel property "Hauptmaterial"

X-05: Pending orders

Globus does not transmit pending orders.

X-06: Partial deliveries

Partial cancellations and partial deliveries on article level.

X-07: Commission group

Globus does not use commission groups.

X-08: Service logos

Globus will not display service logos you transfer in the shop.

X-09: Error and status messages

Find the channel's error and status messages at "Channels > Globus.ch / Globus Schweiz (Hauptkanal) > Article status".

Error and status messages are only available for Globus.ch.

X-10: Templates

At Globus you cannot use templates.

X-11: Text configurator

The text configurator cannot be used for Globus.

X-12: Product text profile

Product text profiles cannot be used for Globus.

X-13: Title profile

You can use title profiles to configure the product titles shown in the channel's shop. For more information on title profiles, click here.

X-14: Cross prices

You can indicate cross prices for Globus by filling in the field Former RP.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Export keys for Globus Schweiz media types

You must assign channel-specific export keys to all media types used for Globus Schweiz:

 

1.Go to “Basic data > Properties > Media types”.

2.Select an existing media type or create a new media type.

3.In the “Edit media type” menu on the right, find the "Globus Schweiz (Hauptkanal)" section.

4.Select one of the following export keys from the drop-down menu:
